How To Open A Paperform Account?
To open an account on Paperform.co, follow these steps:
- Visit the Paperform.co website.
- Click on the "Create a new account" button.
- Fill in the required details such as email and password.
- Click on the "Register" button to create the account.
After creating the account, it's recommended to verify the account email. If the account isn't verified, forms can be created but they will not be submittable. The verification link is sent to the registered email upon registration.
Remember, the account settings can be accessed by selecting the avatar in the top right of the Paperform Dashboard and selecting "Account Settings". Here, one can change the email associated with the account, update the password, set up 2 Factor Authentication, and more.
Once the account is set up, one can start creating forms. There are lots of form templates available, or one can start from scratch. The form editor is where the form itself is created. It's easy to add content and questions, set up direct integrations, customize the form's appearance, and more.
Remember, the account’s timezone can be set in 'Account Settings' to ensure that submission results, reports, and more, are displayed in the correct timezone.

Paperform Return Policy?
The return policy of Paperform.co is as follows:
- Refund: Paperform will only provide a refund if the cancellation of the Subscription is requested within the first 7 days of the Subscription Fee charge transaction taking place for monthly subscriptions and 30 days of the Subscription Fee charge transaction taking place for annual subscriptions. This can be done by selecting the ‘Cancel Subscription’ option in the Billing section of the Account Settings, or by reaching out to them at support@paperform.co.
- No Refund: After the refund period, refunds are only provided in the event that the user is unable to use or access all or a material part of the Website or Services for a prolonged period as a result of a significant failure or defect in the technology.
- No Exceptions: Paperform does not provide a refund for reasons such as change of mind, claims of unused time, or failure to cancel the Subscription with sufficient notice.
- Cancellation: If the subscription is cancelled, the account will continue to exist in a dormant state and retain the forms and data for a time, however, the forms will no longer be live to the public and the user will not be able to create or edit the forms.
